About
I've always been more interested in how things work than simply whether they work.
Whether it's organising a programme, improving a process, or coordinating a team, I naturally find myself asking the same question:
That question has shaped almost every opportunity I've pursued.
Professionally, I work in project and programme management, helping bring structure, coordination, and clarity to complex work.
Outside of my professional work, I founded NextGem Foundation, where we design programmes that create opportunities for children living in orphanages across Nigeria.
Together with our volunteers and partners, we've built government partnerships, reached multiple orphanages, and continue to develop programmes that focus on long-term outcomes rather than one-off interventions.
More recently, my interests have expanded into sustainable development and corporate social investment.
I'm fascinated by organisations that don't simply give back to communities, but design programmes that strengthen local economies, develop people, and create lasting shared value.
That's the kind of work I hope to spend my career doing.
What I Believe
Strong programmes don't happen by accident.
They happen when people understand what they're building, why it matters, and how their work connects to everyone else's.
Systems create consistency.
People create momentum.
Leadership brings both together.
